Each enrollment to the program is good for one replacement flag each year. For customers who want to have multiple replacement flags each year, you'd need to enroll multiple times. For example, if you want two replacement flags each year, you'd purchase two of the free flag for life program. We will then ship you two flags each year in this example.

You cannot receive all of the flags for the program up front. This is an annual replacement program.

For customers that have multiple locations that need replacement flags and wish to enroll all locations in the program you would need to purchase multiple enrollments. 

For instance, if you have 3 business locations that all need flags, you can simply purchase 3 of this program separately with each program having the proper shipping address to where it needs to go.

If you have multiple flagpoles that need replacement flags, simply purchase the amount of enrollments you would like to have and we will ship that many flags to the same location each year.

It is transferable to a new address for the same person or business due to a change of address.

It is non-transferable to another person or business with one caveat. In the case of death for the family member who purchased the program, the family may transfer the program to a family member within 90 days of the family member's death once.

All purchases of this program are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once you've purchased this program, there is no cancellation or refund available.

1) The implied annual cost of the flag is less expensive than buying a new flag this year. For instance, a 3x5ft Nyl-Glo USA flag is $45 if you purchase just one. The implied annual cost of the program is ~$40/year so you're saving already.

2) This protects you against inflation. Flag prices from 2020 - 2025 increased by an average of 5-10% each year. We've given a conservative estimate over the 25-year program of 3% inflation adjustment. With this program will save up to ~$4600 over that period by purchasing today.

3) Enrollees get up to 10% off all other purchases for the life of the program. Need a new flagpole? Discounted. Need a different flag? Discounted. Want to put an in-ground flagpole in the yard? Discounted. 

4) Your replacement flag will ship for free every year. Our standard shipping now costs $9. With inflation this will go up over time. You'll save hundreds on just this.

5) Set-it and forget it. You'll always have a flag that looks great on your flagpole. We'll automatically ship it to you each year and you just have to put the fresh flag up.

Yes. You have two options:

1) Using our "Adopt a Veteran" program you can gift a new replacement flag to one veteran each year.

2) You can also purchase this as a gift for another person. Simply ensure that when you purchase you use their full name and contact information for billing and shipping address.
